Drawn to music from an early age due to his father’s strong belief & encouragement, country music artist Jagger Whitaker began his musical journey behind a drum kit. He learned to play the drums alongside his dad, who worked tirelessly to spark a flame of inspiration for a young Jagger to explore music. Jagger’s father would often bring guitars back from work trips & gift them to Jagger with the hope that he would one day begin to play. That day came upon his father’s passing when Jagger was only ten years old. The realization of the depth of his father’s belief in Jagger was his motivation to chase the dreams his dad had envisioned. By watching YouTube & learning basic chords, Jagger wrote his first song “See You in Heaven” as a tribute to his father.
